Email support@mailcat.site. Include the extension version, what you were trying to do, and a request ID if one appeared. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private email content.

Reply assistance

Sign in from the toolbar popup, open Gmail, and click Reply on the message you want to answer. MailCat never sends email. If analysis fails, retry from the sidebar; your existing Gmail draft remains yours. If insertion fails, copy the preview or edit your Gmail draft directly.

Subscription and privacy

The popup shows trial or subscription status. Paid customers can cancel future renewal there after one confirmation; access normally continues through the paid period. For payment-method removal, a billing problem, refund request, account-deletion, or data-access question, contact the same support address. MailCat is operated by MailCat Inc.
